The energy industry has a deep and multifaceted influence on both the fashion and art worlds—shaping materials, aesthetics, and even institutional relationships. The Fueled Fashion & Art Gala will showcase that influence through the unique creations of talented artists and fashion designers.

Artists may submit up to two (2) art pieces that incorporate aspects of the energy industry and is an original and unique design for a table centerpiece, sculpture, or wall art from any combination of art mediums based on the specs below.

Artwork and fashion designs selected for showcase at the gala will be placed in a silent auction and the highest bidder will have the option to place the artwork or design on display at his/her business, residence or other location (at his/her discretion).

All artwork and fashion designs submitted for the Fueled Fashion & Art Gala must be created with the intention of showcasing the energy industry in a positive, inspiring light. We welcome bold interpretations, imaginative storytelling, and innovative design—but all entries should reflect the values, contributions, and future-forward spirit of the energy sector.
Submissions that include inappropriate, offensive, or misrepresentative content will not be accepted. This event is a celebration of the energy industry’s role in shaping our world—and we ask all participants to honor that vision through their creative work.

You may register to enter and upload all artwork and fashion designs by December 7, 2025.
In the entry form, you will be asked to provide an estimated value of your work and a suggested minimum starting bid. You may also choose a standard minimum starting bid from the dropdown list provided.
Yes, contestants must be at least 18 years of age.
Winning designs will be auctioned at the gala and the highest bidder will have the option to place the design on display at his/her business, residence or other location (at his/her discretion).
Designers and artists will receive 80% of the auction proceeds — 20% of proceeds will benefit the event charities.

Yes, artists and designers participating in the Fueled Fashion & Art Gala are required to stay for the entire event and to be available to take pictures with VIP attendees. For exceptions, please contact us.

VIP RECEPTION, GALA, FINAL JUDGING, FINAL BIDDING, AND AUCTION RESULTS
For all artists and fashion designers registering to enter the Fueled Fashion & Art Gala after December 7th, please complete the form below. ALL registrations must be completed by December 12th and all artwork and fashion designs must be uploaded by that date. Late entries will be approved by the planning team and are not guaranteed for showcase at the Gala.
The silent auction will begin November 24th - a week before the event. The final bids will take place at the gala and the highest bidder will be announced at the end of the night. Auction proceeds will be dispersed following the event.
Designers and artists will receive 80% of their specific artwork or design auction proceeds — 20% of the proceeds will benefit the event charities.*
*Artists and Fashion Designers may set a suggested minimum bid for each piece.
*All final selected artwork and fashion designs become the property of the highest bidder.
*One grand prize each for the judges’ choice of best artist and best fashion designer.
